Question:

From Tennessee, USA:

What kind of foods are good to eat while being pregnant? What should you stay away from?

Answer:

Your diet should be composed mostly of complex carbohydrates (pasta, rice, etc.), protein (fish, beef or chicken) and less fats. Your doctor should be able to refer you to a dietitian to give you more specific guidelines.
