Question:

From Hong Kong:

My five year old daughter is always very tired in the mornings even after 10-11 hours sleep. She can get going if she has something sweet or a carbonated drink. This is affecting her ability to go to school. Does this sound like a blood sugar related problem? She has been diagnosed with other food allergies like eggs, wheat, celery.

Answer:

This would surely be easy to answer with a blood sugar. Also, she may just be hungry.
