Question: From Stillwater, New York, USA:
I have a six year old daughter with type 1 diabetes, diagnosed about a half-year ago. I just bought a sunscreen product for my children. I don't usually use this brand, and I notice that the third inactive ingredient listed is sorbitol. Should my daughter's absorbing this through her skin be of concern?
Answer:
This product is not absorbed through the skin and should have no effect on her blood sugars.
