Question: From Bayshore, New York, USA:
My son has type 1 diabetes. Since he's been on summer vacation, his insulin injections haven't been on a set schedule. I adjusted his insulin accordingly with good results. I've heard he should stay on a set schedule. With his glucose readings stabilized, should I worry?
Answer:
If his blood glucose readings are well controlled and he is having a good quality of life, keep up the good work.
