Question:

From Chula Vista, California, USA:

I'm 23 and thinking about taking steroids like just for one cycle of eight weeks for muscle gain. I don't want to have diabetes due to the fact that my family has a history of it. Are there any supplements that are good for the pancreatic health?

Answer:

Clearly, by taking supplemental steroids, you are putting yourself at increased risk of developing diabetes with your family history. All agents from the steroid group of supplements have this risk. My advice would be to avoid these agents.
