Question:

From Williamstown, New Jersey, USA:

My friend has type 2 diabetes and recently finished a six week course of therapy for a fungal infection in her sinuses. How can I get more information on this disease?

Answer:

This topic is more related to infectious disease management, with diabetes being an example of a condition or risk for an invasive fungal infection. This is not my area of expertise. I would suggest consulting other medical texts or an expert in infectious disease medicine.
