Question: My 12 year old niece has had diabetes since she was four, and a friend of mine became a consultant for Herbalife International. Do you have any information about any child with diabetes having taken any Herbalife product and improving control? Answer: No. I would not suggest using herbal preparations in the treatment of diabetes. I know of no reputable studies indicating that these products have any place in modern diabetes management strategies.
