Can you donate blood if you have hypoglycemia?
Answer:
I don't know. Contact the local Red Cross or whomever. I'd presume that the history of hypoglycemia is not a big deal. The plasma may be screened for glucose, but in terms of what transfused blood is usually used for, I don't know why the entire donation would be rejected.
