Question: From a family physician in Atlanta, Georgia, USA: How do you see Novolog in the scheme of things for people with type 1 diabetes? Answer: Novolog appears to act almost identically to Humalog. I believe its use will depend greatly on contracts with insurance companies (i.e. inclusion in formularies), price, and physician preference.
