Question: From Browntown, Wisconsin, USA: I am a transcriptionist looking for the spelling of an injection technique for newly diagnosed 18 year old. I have looked all over trying to find something and am coming up blank. It sounds like "ther-eumechanics'". Answer: The best approach would be to contact the physician who dictated the tape and ask her/him. DS [Editor's comment: I agree with Dr. Schwartz, but my guess would be that the tape is saying something like, "the mechanics" of this 18 year old's injection technique.
