Question: From a Certified Diabetes Educator in Lumberton, North Carolina, USA:
We have a patient who has severe psoriasis, has had diabetes less than a year and who is just starting on insulin. Does this affect where he can give his injections?
Answer:
I would avoid the patched of severe psoriasis when giving an injection.
