Question: From British Columbia, Canada:
I've somehow managed to get a blood blister or a blister on my toe which has been around over a month. My family also has a history of diabetes. I also read somewhere about something like this and the person had to get their leg amputated. So all this is now making me uneasy. I don't know if this would be related or not but I also suffer from chronic migraines. Might these be signs of diabetes?
Answer:
A blister that is not healing well is not likely a sign of diabetes. Please see symptoms of diabetes.
