Can tonsillitis, if left untreated, attack the pancreas causing hypoglycemia or diabetes?
Answer:
Neither of the two.
[Editor's comment: The only link I can think of is that the stresses associated with any infection might cause prediabetes to become symptomatic diabetes. WWQ]
