Question:

From India:

Is honey harmful for a person with diabetes?

Answer:

Honey is a sweetener that is fine for people with diabetes to incorporate into their meal planning. Keep in mind that 1 tablespoon of honey has approximately 17 grams of carbohydrate, but it can be worked in just like any other sweetener.
