Question: From Worcester, New York, USA:
Are lemons bad for someone with diabetes? My mother-in-law likes to put them in her water. Can too many in a day be harmful? I would appreciate any help.
Answer:
The only negative affect that I can think of for the over-use of lemons is when used excessively and directly on the teeth, it can erode enamel. If lemons are helping her drink water -- more power to her!
