Are there any correlation studies between the varicella virus (chicken pox) vaccine since it came out around 1995 and type 1 diabetes

Answer:

I can find no evidence that varicella vaccine can trigger type 1A (autoimmune) in a genetically susceptible subject. The December 2001 issue of Pediatrics has a general review of this theme .
