Question:

P> My 17 month old baby boy, diagnosed with type 1 diabetes two months ago, always seems to have a small amount of blood coming out of his nose. Is this possibly related to the diabetes?

Answer:

Bleeding from the nose is not associated with diabetes and is probably nothing sinister, but you should have this checked at the clinic.
