Question: From the USA:
I am 37 years old, female, mildly active, and I am wondering if I could possibly have hypoglycemia. I have numbness in my hands and feet when it's cold, I am fatigued quite often, have loose watery stools (have to run to the bathroom right after I have eaten a meal), I have headaches three times per week at least, and most recently I have been getting dizzy especially upon awakening.I dieted a lot when I was younger and often skipped meals and fasted not realizing that would eventually do more harm than good.
Answer:
The symptoms you have may be hypoglycemia but they may be a lot of other things too. I would contact your physician and speak with them about your symptoms. Hypoglycemia also means documenting a low blood sugar with symptoms and that does not appear to have been done yet.
