Question:

From the USA:

Is administering glucagon covered under the Good Samaritan act? Can anyone give the glucagon in a school setting if the child is unconscious and has a Glucagon Emergency Kit?

Answer:

Each state's Good Samaritan act could contain subtle differences that could substantially affect one's liability under the act.
