As of December 2003, the retail price for insulin pumps in the United States is:

  • Animas:
    • IR-1000 - $5, 475
    • IR-1200 - Pricing not yet set

  • Dana:
    • Dana Diabecare Pump - $5, 225

  • Delect:
    • Cozmo - $5, 595

  • Disetronic (not currently selling pumps in the US):
    • H-TRON - $5, 495
    • D-TRON - $5, 995

  • Medtronic Minimed:
    • 508 - $5, 495 (rep wasn't sure that you could purchase a 508)
    • 512 - $5, 995
    • 712 - $5, 995

  • Nipro:
    • Amigo - $4, 995

It's important to note that the actual price paid can depend on the price contracted with your insurance company.
