Question:

From Aberden, New Jersey, USA:

My blood sugar is manageable for someone with type 2 diabetes. My A1c was 6.3. I do have my candy from time to time. Is this bad even though my sugar levels are pretty much normal?

Answer:

If your A1c is 6.3, then you are acheiving the goal of less than 6.5% and can certainly enjoy your candy treat from time to time.
