Question:

From Connecticut, USA:

Is there a way to calculate the number of carbohydrates per serving in a recipe? I understand how to count carbohydrates and read nutrition labels, but how do I count carbohydrates when cooking from scratch using milk, sugar, flour, etc.?

Answer:

We recommend the use of Recipe Calc 4.0. Nutrition Facts & Calorie Counter has been suggested by others who use our web site.
