Question: From Madrid, Spain: Is it okay to mix Levmir and Humalog? Answer: According to Novo Nordisk, Levemir should not be mixed with other insulins. While Levemir and NovoLog are physically compatible, Levemir changes the absorption characteristics of NovoLog so that is has a pattern more like regular insulin.
