From Ames, Iowa, USA:
If the antibody test for celiac disease was negative, what does it mean? Does it mean that celiac disease will never happen or does it mean it can happen at any time, even with a very negative test?
In medicine, never and always are not used. Negative antibodies mean your child does not have celiac disease now. Celiac is not often diagnosed before five years of age. I expect you will have it repeated in a few years or if there are symptoms.
