Question:

From Odessa, Texas, USA:

My son has started making weird faces, like blinking and squinting. He said he can see fine, but his eyes just keep doing that. It has even caused him to have headaches. Is chronic motor tic disorder or Tourette's syndrome associated with diabetes? To what kind of doctor should I take him?

Answer:

Tics are not generally associated with diabetes. I would make an appointment with your pediatrician.
