I have heard that diabetics cannot take fish oil supplements. Why? The filtered fish oil helps so many things that diabetes weakens over the years.
Answer:
I have never heard about such a prohibition for diabetics. I think that they are generally not necessary, but they are safe if recommended by a nutritionist.
