Michelle Noschese is a nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator working at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She works with adults with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes and has worked extensively with patients with Cystic Fibrosis related diabetes. Michelle also has had type 1 diabetes since age 12 and has used an insulin pump for 10 years.
