Dr. Tessa Gorenstein Lebinger is a pediatric endocrinologist in private practice in White Plains, NY, just north of New York City. Dr. Lebinger received her undergraduate degree from MIT and her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Board certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology, she specializes in caring for children and adolescents with diabetes and other endocrine problems. Her special interests include the "challenge" of strict control, and the psychological issues facing children with diabetes and their families.
Dr. Lebinger has worked at the Diabetes Research and Training Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and also at summer camps for children with diabetes. Active in her local American Diabetes Association chapter, she has organized a team of youth with diabetes, "The Lancers," to ride in the annual Tour de Cure bicycle event.
Dr. Lebinger enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.
