DIDMOAD (Wolfram Syndrome) from 1997

  1. Our 22 year old daughter has had Type 1 diabetes for 10 years. She has now been diagnosed with hearing loss due to neurological deterioration. (14 Sep 97)
  2. My 6 year old daughter almost died at age 11 months from hypoglycemia. Her doctor said she might have a mitochondrial disorder. (26 Apr 97)
  3. A diabetic renal patient of ours has a grandson recently diagnosed with diabetes insipidus. (30 Mar 97)
  4. My 15 year-old son was diagnosed with Wolfram's Syndrome. I am looking for information. (23 Mar 97)
