Other Illnesses from 2013

  1. I just learned a month ago that my 13-year-old has a bacterial infection that may take months to treat. Could this contribute to her control? The doctor says she is not getting her insulin. (18 Oct 2013)
  2. My daughter's A1c was 9%, the highest it's ever been. She has school related stress, mood swings, fatigue. Her face is a bit puffy and she doesn't feel "right." What do you recommend we do? (20 Mar 2013)
