Hello. My name is Simon. I'm six years old. I come from Sweden, Stockholm. I have a link to this site from my own homepage. I was diagnosed with diabetes when I was 4 years old. My family, mom and dad, two sisters and one brother, really help me out when my blood sugar gets down. In school it works out well too. I think that it is sad that I am the only one in my school who has diabetes. I realy want to meet some other children my age with diabetes like me. But I am the only one who gets so many sandwiches I want for the afternoon break, and that's not soo bad, you know what I mean? I take my own blood tests and injections now. But mom and dad want to help me anyway. I get bruises when I needle my self. But I don't think it hurts at all when I do it myself. Bye from Simon fam.ahlander@swipnet.se
