Hello my name is Sam. I am from Maine. I was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes when I was 5. It will be my four year anniversary on December 1, 1999. I was getting ready for school, and I had a seizure and almost passed out. When I got to the hospital my number was 380. I am not currently giving my own shots, but I soon hope to learn. I have a sister named Brittney who is 6, who can be a pain, but she helps me a lot with my diabetes. I have dog named Coco, and a cat named Lacey. I also play sports, both basketball, and softball.
