I am a Portuguese boy. My name is André and I was born in Lisboa (Lisbon). When I was a little boy (2 years old) my parents know that I was a diabetic child. I don't remember the day nor what happened in their hearts, but I am sure of their love and happiness when I smile. At this moment I am 9 years and it isn't easy to live with this "little" difference. All the time I can't forget my diet, the tests and the shots. However, I love to live! I love to run, to swim . . . and dream of my heroes! Perhaps, one day, the scientific community will have good news for everybody. My address: André Correia Coimbra Mano Av.
