My name is Amber. I am 9 years old and will be 10 in March 2000. I was diagnosed on December, 22 1998. I am still taking shots in my arm but I was looking at the pump. I am in 4th grade and I have a brother and sister. My sister is almost 11 and my brother is almost 7. I would like to talk to someone who has Diabetes and would like to know some stuff about the pump. I would like a pen pal who has diabetes. Diabetes has not changed my life or my family's life -- we just fit it into our lives. I like to go to the mall and I collect beanies. I also like to hang out with my friends and I love animals. I have a dog named Lady, she is a dalmation, and I have a rabbit named Buggs. I like going for bike rides with my family in the summer and I like to swim. I have a pool in my back yard.
