Hi, my name is Chelsea. I am 15 years old and in 9th grade. I live in Colorado.

I have had diabetes since I was 20 months old. So I have had it almost my whole life. Then in July of 1999 I went on the insulin pump. My pump is a blue Minimed 507C. I just love the insulin pump. The pump has made living with diabetes so much easier.

I love to play volleyball and softball. I also love to play and cuddle with my beagle Riley. I have lots of cows and four horses.
