My name is Beth. I am from Cork in Ireland. I am 4 years old and I was diagnosed with diabetes 29th of May this year. My mum knew the symtoms of diabetes so when I kept asking for water my mum took me to the doctors. I was in hospital for about five days and had great fun with all the other children and the games room. I take two insulin shots a day and check my bloods three times a day. My mum says I'm the bravest girl she knows. I love swimming, playing with my friends and going to my montessori school. I would love to talk to other boys and girls.
