Hi my name is Zachary but I prefer Zach. I'm 14 years old and I was diagnosed when I was seven. I remember having to use the bathroom a lot and always being sick. I went to two doctors before they figured out I had diabetes.

I was in the hospital for three days it was fun and scary. I was afraid of needles then (kind of funny). I count carbs and it helps me, seeing that I play sports so I'm always fit. Well my friends are funny -- they think taking shots has its advantages. I think they're just crazy, but that's me. Let's see, I like Harry Potter, skate boarding, biking, sleep, and most of all Camp Needlepoint! I'm always bored in the summer. I'm learning how to play the guitar and getting a job soon.
