Hi, my name is James. I am 8 years old. I found out I had diabetes last summer (July 2006). My mom took me to the doctor because I was drinking all the time and getting more and more sleepy. I spent five days in the hospital until my sugar was back to normal. I also found out that I have a hypothyroid. It has been a little hard getting used to having diabetes but I still have a lot of fun with my friends and playing sports. I like to play computer games like Runescape and Xbox.
