The Farnsworth family
Our youngest daughter Tess was diagnosed with type one at the age of 19 months. She is doing well and is a happy, cheeky little girl who is very determined and knows her own mind! So far she copes well with us doing injections and finger pricks, we may start her on a pump next year. Our older daughter Milly (3) has picked up on all the changes and anxiety but has coped well too.

The Fraser family
Oliver is 4 years old and was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 months old in June 2002. He has never really let diabetes bother him and just lets us get on with injections and finger pricks. Hopefully he will be pumping soon. We have found a tremendous amount of support, information and understanding here and are so glad that we found the UK CWD support list.
