Do you regularly reuse lancets or syringes? Poll dates: May 16 - 23, 1999 Total Votes: 767 Given the cost of diabetes supplies, many people find that reusing lancets and syringes makes sense. Over half (51%) of our respondents reuse just lancets. 17% report reusing both lancets and syringes. Only 1% report reusing syringes but not lancets. Some people (5%) reuse lancets or syringes on occasion. You can safely reuse lancets and syringes if you follow the guidelines outlined in Reuse Your Syringes and Lancets.
