Which insulins do you or your child use? Poll dates: March 19 - 26, 2000 Total Votes: 1,617 The introduction of Humalog represented the first new insulin in many years. It works much faster than Regular insulin and is gone much sooner, providing a response more akin to the insulin produced by your body. It's no wonder that people prefer it over Regular. In the case of our readers, people prefer Humalog to Regular almost three to one. It's also the insulin of choice now for insulin pump users. [Return to the current poll]
