If you use or have used an insulin pump, have you ever stopped using it?

Poll dates: November 12 - 19, 2000
Total Votes: 319

While insulin pump use has been shown in clinical studies to improve diabetes management and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia, wearing a pump is more work than taking injections. A small number of people (7%) report starting on a pump and then stopping. An equal number report taking occasional pump breaks. Most people (78%), however, stick with the pump once they start.
