What was your blood sugar (or your child's) at time of diagnosis?

Poll dates: February 25 - March 4, 2001
Total Votes: 1,248

If this poll tells us anything it is that people remember what their blood sugar was the day they were diagnosed. No one indicated that they couldn't remember.

The distibution of blood sugars at time of diagnosis followed a bell curve, with one exception: there was an increase in the number of people who reported blood sugar readings over 1,000 mg/dl (55.5 mmol/l).
