How much time do you or your child with diabetes spend in sports or rigorous exercise activities each week?
Poll dates: April 1 - 8, 2001
Total Votes: 680We all know how important exercise is for overall good health. It's especially important for people with diabetes. From our poll, we see that two out of five people report getting more than five hours of rigorous exercise or sports each week. If you have questions about implementing an exercise program, ask your diabetes team or review the exercise questions that our Diabetes Team has answered. Regardless, you'll feel better and be healthier if you make exercise a regular part of your day.
