On an average day, how many times do you or your child do a blood test?

Poll dates: September 9 - 16, 2001
Total Votes: 877

Blood sugar data is the only empirical data about our bodies that we can use to manage blood sugars hour-by-hour and day-to-day. The more times you test, therefore, the more data you have to control your diabetes.

Comparing the results from this poll with its two previous runnings show that our readers are testing more often. Over 40% report testing six or more times per day. Fully 90% are testing at least four times a day.

This table summarizes results of this poll question from this and previous times that it was run.
