If you use or have used an insulin pump, have you ever stopped using it?
Poll dates: August 4 - 11, 2002
Total Votes: 465While insulin pump use has been shown in clinical studies to improve diabetes management and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia, wearing a pump is more work than taking injections. A small number of people report starting on a pump and then stopping. Some people also report taking occasional pump breaks. Most people (87%), however, stick with the pump once they start.
We last ran this poll in November 2000.
