What nutritional supplements do you or your child use?
Poll dates: June 20 - 27, 2004
Total Votes: 417Just over one-third of people report taking a multivitamin, while just over 40% report taking no nutritional supplements. Smaller numbers of people take extra vitamin C and E, while even smaller numbers take less well-known supplements.
Nutritionists encourage people to get their vitamins and nutrients from a well-balanced meal. Parents, however, often struggle to get their kids to eat correctly. Since at least one study has shown the importance of vitamin E, supplemental vitamins may be important to children and adults with diabetes.
