Who provides assistance in the care of your child's diabetes while your child is at school?

Poll dates: August 22 - 29, 2012
Total Votes: 86

Schools increasingly experience financial pressures that require cutbacks in services. Many schools no longer have a full-time school nurse. Some don't even have a part-time nurse. Kids with diabetes who need assistance at school are often cared for by their teacher or office staff members.

You can help your child's teacher learn about diabetes by printing out the information in the Diabetes at School section of this web site. Information for Teachers and Child-Care Providers offers an easy-to-read overview of important information.

We last ran this poll in August 2011.
