We are in the process of planning for a major diabetes conference in 2002. We would like to know how much people are willing to pay for nightly accommodations. The price of accommodations is a large factor in choosing a location for the conference.

General Information The event we are planning will include two or three days of diabetes education sessions. There will likely be three simultaneous sessions throughout the day. We will have full-time, on-site day care for young children. We will choose a location with activities in the area that are suitable for families. The conference will be scheduled for July 2002.
