- Take usual dose of NPH insulin when you
go to bed if you intend to sleep ~8-10 hours,
otherwise decrease the dose

- Take bolus doses as usual
when you eat every 4-5 hours
- Take the breakfast dose when it is time to
have breakfast
- Alcohol will make you think less clearly!
